Guidance, not a quote
Everything on this site, including the Stays & Goes sorter and the guides, is general guidance. The sorter's load-size read is a sense of scale, not a measurement, and nothing here is a price. A price only exists once we have seen your job and put a figure in writing; that written figure is the commitment, and it is the only one.
Imagery
Some images on this site are illustrative, stock or generated, showing the kind of work and finish we mean rather than a specific past job at a specific address.
Council and regulator information
Where we describe council services or waste rules, we cite the source and date and link the authority. Schemes change; the linked page always outranks ours, and you should check it when booking anything that depends on it.
What we ask of you
Tell us honestly what is in the load. Hazardous streams (asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles, clinical waste) are not ours to take, and surprises of that kind pause a job for everyone's safety.
Liability, plainly
We take real care in real houses. If something goes wrong on a job, talk to us first and we will put it right or make it fair. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under Australian Consumer Law.
