Carry Forward, clearance and rubbish removal

Privacy

Written plainly, because a privacy page you cannot read is not really a privacy page.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, suburb, the job type you chose and your message. If you used the Stays & Goes sorter and carried its summary into the form, that summary arrives as part of your message, exactly as you saw and edited it. The sorter itself runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere on its own.

The form also carries one hidden field that no person ever sees or fills in. It exists purely to catch automated spam, and it never holds anything of yours.

Like most websites, our hosting also records basic technical logs (such as pages requested and country-level location) to keep the site working and measure traffic. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use cookies to profile you.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to call you back about the job you asked about, and to arrange and carry out that work if you book it.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is stored securely and read by the people who handle the work. We may share your enquiry details with a suitable local provider to service your request. We do not sell your details, publish them, or add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for arranging or standing behind the work, then removed in periodic clean-ups.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see what we hold from your enquiry or to have it deleted, using the same enquiry form, and we will do it. If you would rather not send details through a website at all, that is a fair position; a phone line is being arranged and this page will carry the number when it lands.
